By using the canvascraze site you agree to be legally bound by our terms and conditions, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of this site. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use canvas craze.

To the best of our knowledge all of the goods and services included in the canvascraze website are accurate. We do our utmost to make sure there are no errors and omissions on our site and as soon as we are aware of any we make sure we correct them immediately.

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of this website / marketing material are and will remain the property of canvascraze. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.

You also must be aware that the images colour and appearances may vary from the way that they appear on the computer screen.

Returns policy

Any problems with any part of an order must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, or the following Monday morning if your order was delivered on a Saturday.

Under the United Kingdoms Distance selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

1. You inform us within seven working days of receipt of the product(s).
2. You return the item(s) within 14 days.
3. You pay the return delivery charges
4. Goods are returned in a reasonable condition and in the original packaging.
5. Goods are not a bespoke 'Photos2Canvas' or “photos2art” item (see below).

Returns Policy on 'Photos2canvas' & ‘Photos2art’
As Photos2canvas and photos2art are a bespoke service to the client on a one to one basis, any items that are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements. The customer will proof all of the photos2art bespoke items before we commence printing onto canvas.

Damages

Full refunds or exchanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit (except for Photos2canvas and photos2art items). To qualify please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of the item arriving to be eligible for a full refund.

Privacy policy

Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and it is never sold, given away or shared with anyone. We will not put any of your images into the public domain unless we have your permission with prior consent. We also will keep your contact details strictly confidential and we will not share or sell them with any third party. Only limited authorized personnel have access to view these details and use them for customer service.

Occasionally we may email you with special offers and new services to the site. If you do receive any of these emails you will be able to easily unsubscribe yourself so you wont receive any more. We don’t want to invade your privacy in any way. All we want to do is enhance your shopping experience at canvascraze with relevant offers and news.

When you place an order on canvas craze using your credit card you will receive a receipt by email for your purchase. Our credit card processing vendor uses the latest secure transaction technology and protects all your personal information. They are compliant with all the card association security initiatives.
